سبب المشكلة
In May 2024, bioMérieux received complaints from the field related to the inability to log into the VIDAS® KUBE™ instrument having installed VIDAS® KUBE™ software version 1.1. The customer could no longer use the VIDAS® KUBE™ instrument until the database was restored with bioMérieux support.
الإجراء التصحيحي
A corrective patch "VIDAS KUBE - Patch to unlock VAULT.zip" has been developed and is already available on the GCS portal to correct and prevent the issue. It can be directly installed at customer site or via VILINK into the VIDAS® KUBE™ instrument or on the computer with bioMérieux support.
