سبب المشكلة
The IFU for hookups mentioned above were incorrectly assigned for six Karl Storz endoscopes (models 13880PKS, 13880NKS, 13881PKS, 13881NKS, 13882PKS, and 13882NKS), and therefore, were incorrectly reflected within STERIS hookup IFUs and online reference system, Hookup Lookup (HULU).
الإجراء التصحيحي
- Locate and destroy your IFU(s) relative to the hookups mentioned above. - STERIS will provide a revised IFU relative to the referenced hookup. HULU has been updated to correct the assignments, refer to the attachment for more details.
