سبب المشكلة
A potential safety issue with Philips Azurion systems, where under certain conditions, the table may move unexpectedly when the Reset Geometry button is pressed – even when a table lock is active.

Please review and follow instructions in Appendix A of the attachment. Philips will provide the configuration change of the Reset Geometry function free of charge for any customer who requests it, refer to the attachment for more information. Manufacturer's action: Instructions and correction.
