Contamination with particles was identified in some syringes.
الإجراء التصحيحي
- Return available quantities of affected packs or quarantine them. - For quarantined pack, wait for individually packed sterile “Colour Coded Syringe, 10ml, LL, Polycarbonate, Blue” to be supplied by UNIMED. - Piggy bag the supplied individually packed syringes with the procedure pack. - Supply instructions not to use the “Colour Coded Syringe, 10ml, LL, Polycarbonate, Blue” present inside the pack and use only the individually packed sterile “Colour Coded Syringe, 10ml, LL, Polycarbonate, Blue” as piggy bag, discard the unused syringes as per waste management policy of the institution. Manufacturer's Action: Removal.
