سبب المشكلة
Oil may leak from the HA FlexTrack Trolley when pressing the hydraulic pedal, resulting in a potential slipping/falling hazard.
الإجراء التصحيحي
If you see hydraulic fluid (oil) leakage: • First remove fluid from the floor using a paper towel. Then remove any remaining oil film from the floor using a cleaning agent (e.g. soap and water) and paper towel. • Contact your local Philips service representative. You may continue to use your HA FlexTrak Trolley in accordance with the intended use, refer to the attachment for more details. Philips has identified that the oil leakage has occurred after servicing. As the leakage may not be immediately visible during servicing activities, a Philips representative will contact you to schedule a time for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to visit your site to perform the final correction using updated instructions (reference FCO78100595). Additionally, Philips is in process of updating the service manual instructions to prevent reoccurrence of the issue. Manufacturer's Action: Instructions and Correction.
