سبب المشكلة
BD has identified internally that the BD BACTEC™ MGIT™ 960 Streptomycin Solution vial (material #201873JAA, batch #4297124), supplied as a component in the BD BACTEC™ MGIT™ 960 Streptomycin 4.0 Kit listed above has been labeled with an incorrect expiration date of April 25, 2027. The correct expiration date for this product is May 8, 2026. While the kit carton displays the correct expiration date, the individual vial label does not.
الإجراء التصحيحي
Customers should immediately discard the affected vial of lyophilized streptomycin from the BD BACTEC™ MGIT™ 960 Streptomycin 4.0 Kit. If this product has already been used, no additional patient follow-up actions are required, refer to the attachment for more information. Manufacturer's Action: Removal.
