سبب المشكلة
It has been identified by Philips that some ceiling suspension telescopic carriages manufactured from July 2024 through June 2025 may be difficult to move vertically (i.e. additional force/physical exertion required for manual movement) due to potential manufacturing issues.

Philips has provided the following actions that should be taken by the customer / user in order to prevent risks for patients or users: You may continue to use your system(s) in accordance with the intended use: • Until a Field Service Engineer (FSE) visits your site to inspect the ceiling suspension and implement a hardware correction (if required), Philips recommends using the motorized movement option. • If the force for movement exceeds 110N, the system may experience motor drive errors which restrict the motorized movement. If the motorized movement does not function, please contact your local Philips service representative. A Philips representative will contact you to schedule a time for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to visit your site to inspect the ceiling suspension and implement a follow-up hardware correction, if required.
