سبب المشكلة
Possible failure of the automatic ventilation due to impurities (dust) that were introduced for a certain time frame during the manufacturing process of the ventilator motor encoder.
الإجراء التصحيحي
The affected customers will be contacted by Dräger Service to arrange an appointment for replacing the motor. Until then, please continue operating your devices with the customary care by only using the device under permanent supervision in line with the Atlan instructions for use. lf the mechanical ventilation fails, use Man/Spon ventilation mode to ventilate the patient manually as needed. lf necessary, you can downgrade the alarm priority of the "Ventilator error!!!" alarm with "ALARM RESET". Manufacturer's Action: Instructions and Correction.
