It has been identified by Bio-Rad that Cell 1 in the lots listed above may show negative or weak positive reactions when tested with anti-D antibodies (e.g., IH-QC 1). Instead of the expected clear positive reaction, Cell 1 may exhibit reduced or absent reactivity.

• Use the updated Antigen Table already upload online and available for download: https://backend.ih-area.bio-rad.com/system/files/F0617127X2_V.02%204.pdf • Use the three additional D-positive cells (R1R1, R2R2, Ror) which remain suitable to confirm anti-D reactivity. The product remains safe for use without restrictions; other antigens expressed on Cell 1 are unaffected. Manufacturer's Action: Instructions and Correction.
