سبب المشكلة
Tubes of the affected lots have a residual plastic spike from the injection mold process. The spike can cut through a glove used as personal protective equipment (PPE) in the laboratory posing a risk for contamination or cause small cuts in the skin of the user.
الإجراء التصحيحي
1. Please do not use the tubes from the affected lot to avoid any risk during use. 2. Make pictures of the packaging with visible product label and LOT number. 3. Contact your supplier of the respective products to request free replacement or refund. 4. Dispose the affected products. Please adhere to the designated disposal procedures based on your laboratory classification. Affected customers can request a free replacement or full refund at their supplier of the respective products. Manufacturer action: Removal.
