سبب المشكلة
It has been determined by Spacelabs that the plasticizer in the hose may leach over time, in some cases, causing it to become sticky and then hard and brittle.
الإجراء التصحيحي
Be aware of potential device degradation and avoid excessive use, cleaning, or exposure to cleaning agents. If the tubing becomes sticky or inflexible, please discard it. FSN (acknowledgement form) should be signed by the person in charge of the hospital. All affected products will now be labeled by Spacelabs with a shelf-life or manufactured with tubing that does not require a shelf life. Manufacturer action: Instructions and correction.
