سبب المشكلة
The poteintial of a serious adverse event related to Invacare Birdie lifter and carabineer attachment, Invacare wants to remind of the importance to ensure the correct assembly position of the carabineer in the Birdie lifter arm, and as well the correct attachment of the hanger bar into the carabineer.
الإجراء التصحيحي
1. Provider should inform all affected users about the content of the attachments. 2. The Addendum should be kept together with the current Birdie lifter Instructions for use. 3. This updated Maintenance checklist must always be the basis to perform the regular Maintenance of the device. Manufacturer action: Instructions and correction.
