سبب المشكلة
The affected device may be susceptible to erroneous electrical reset (pop-up) messages. The erroneous message indicates an electrical reset has occurred. However, no reset has actually occurred, and there are no parameter changes or loss of diagnostics.
الإجراء التصحيحي
Until the updated versions are available, if an electrical reset (pop-up) message presents during a SmartSync interrogation, it may be erroneous. If it is unclear if an electrical reset has occurred or if the message is erroneous, please contact your local Medtronic Representative and provide a Save to Media file and the SmartSync application ID. When the updated versions are approved and available, your local Medtronic representative can assist you with the installation. Manufacturer action: Instructions and correction.
