It has been identified by Randox Laboratories a minor issue in software version 4.0.0 that affects the sample code search function. Specifically, the function may not return results for samples that include special characters or symbols in the sample code and may be accompanied by an error message.

Please note that the above issue does not impact access to your data and affected samples can still be viewed by navigating to the corresponding date and time of analysis. Randox Laboratories is working to resolve this in a future update. The Evidence + Operator Manual has been updated to include a section on Cyber Security, informing customers of security and cybersecurity recommendations. Manufacturer action: Correction.
