سبب المشكلة
A bug was identified within app version 1.2 that can cause the app to enter a state where it stops updating the estimated glucose values (EGVs), which could result in alerts not triggering.
الإجراء التصحيحي
Users must update the Dexcom One+ app before June 12, 2025. App version 1.2.0 will be disabled after that date. Update instructions provided via app notification and website. Contact Dexcom Technical Support for assistance. Manufacturer Action: Instructions and correction.
