A potential issue with the wireless foot switch used with the above systems, where there is a possibility of unintended radiation.

Please follow the actions provided in the attachment to minimize the effect of the above issue. Philips will contact you to schedule a visit to inspect the wireless foot switch and hand over an IFU addendum. Manufacturer action: Instructions and correction.
