سبب المشكلة
There is a potential for the Compression Spring (0038-419-000) inside the saw’s drivetrain assembly to disengage during blade loading and unloading. A disengaged spring disables the blade collar from springing back to its original home position, potentially leading to blade retention failure when loading a blade.

1- Review your inventory to locate and quarantine any affected products at your facility. Reach out to your Sales Representative for assistance in locating your serial number(s). 2- Upon receipt of your BRF, Stryker In-house Service will contact you with the shipping information to return your device for repair. 3- Your device will be returned to you once repairs have been completed. 4- Maintain awareness of this communication internally until all required actions have been completed. Manufacturer action: Correction.
