It has been identified by BD that Alaris System Maintenance (ASM) testing was either not performed or incomplete as part of the preventative maintenance activities by BD technicians, for the specific models and serial numbers of BD Alaris™ System with Guardrails™ Suite MX.
الإجراء التصحيحي
BD will be sending a technician to your site to perform and verify the necessary tests and complete the relevant documentation. Continue to use your BD Alaris™ System with Guardrails™ Suite MX devices in line with the applicable Directions for Use. If you experience any issue with using the device, contact BD. Manufacturer action: Correction.
