An increase in reports related to connectivity of instruments to the SIM with the Hugo™ RAS system was observed.
الإجراء التصحيحي
-Please immediately quarantine and discontinue the use of the affected model number with associated serial numbers listed in Attachment. -Please return the affected product. All products from the affected model number and associated serial numbers must be returned to local Medtronic representative. Manufacturer action: Removal.
