Under certain circumstances, it can occur that patient records from unrelated individuals are automatically merged into one patient record without user notification.
الإجراء التصحيحي
Customers are advised to follow the instructions in the "User Corrective Action" in the attachment. Brainlab will provide a software solution in which the described issue is corrected, to all affected customers. Manufacturer action: Instructions and correction.
