A potential performance issue with a third-party software component utilized in the AlinIQ AMS software versions 2.12, 3.01, 3.02, and 3.03. The third-party software component cannot process certain numerical values greater than 122 on the AlinIQ AMS software if installed on your workstation or server that uses an AMD processor.

Please work with your designated Information Technology (IT) department or specialist to confirm if your AlinIQ AMS software is run on a computer (workstation and server) with an AMD processor. - If your AlinIQ AMS software IS run on a computer with an AMD processor, contact your local area Customer Service Representative for support. - If the software IS NOT run on a computer with an AMD processor, no actions to your system(s) are required. Manufacturer action: Instructions and correction.
