سبب المشكلة
If the user configured directory path is a non-dedicated directory, all files in this directory are scheduled to be removed after 180 days of age. The software does not differentiate between image files and required operational files.
الإجراء التصحيحي
Prior to updating to Application Software v5.16 (MOD 90), users must verify a dedicated directory for LIS image files is configured, refer to the attachment for more information. Save the attachment with your User Documentation or post it by each VISION or VISION Max in your laboratory until the issue has been resolved. Manufacturer action: Instructions.
