سبب المشكلة
The affected products show false results because of carry-over issue by omission of the probe wash step during antibody pipetting on sample preparation unit PS-10.

1. Until a Sysmex representative visits you, please limit use only for cocktail creation or please do not use the instrument running PS-10 software Ver 1.5 or 1.6. 2. Review the content of the attachment with your facility's physician and/or pathologist and retain the attachment for any future reference. 3- Sysmex advises you to consult your facility's physician and/or pathologist to determine any implications (including retrospective review and/or re-testing) specific to your patients. Sysmex will develop and will provide to you service patch to correct the above issue. Manufacturer action: instructions and correction.
