سبب المشكلة
A software bug was identified in the Butterfly iQ app where the OB presets (OB 1/GYN and OB ?) intermittently disappear on iOS devices when a user goes offline.
الإجراء التصحيحي
Healthcare professionals may use another preset, imaging modality, or other clinical assessment tools if an ultrasound exam with the Butterfly iQ+ device was not possible with the OB presets. A permanent fix for this software bug will be implemented in software version 2.38.1. To ensure resolution, please upgrade your Butterfly iQ app through the Apple App Store. Manufacturer Action: Instructions and Correction.
