سبب المشكلة
Incorrect tightening torques are specified in the installation instructions in relation to the suspended ceiling construction. In 2020 the tightening torques have been increased by mistake. The correct torque is 65 Nm for M16 bolts and 105 Nm for M20 bolts.
الإجراء التصحيحي
The customer must check his system on site in accordance with the specifications in the service manual (Chapter 13.3.1 Inspection instructions). If damage is detected, the lighting system must be blocked or dismantled and a KLS Martin technician representative must be informed immediately, refer to the attachment for more information. Manufacturer Action: Instructions and Correction.
