سبب المشكلة
The affected products could have been transported or relocated without proper detector support, which can result in excessive load being applied to the detector mounting mechanisms.
الإجراء التصحيحي
Please follow actions to be taken by Customer/User in the attachment. A GE HealthCare Field Engineer will inspect the potentially affected systems in Appendix A of the attachment to determine if the detector support mechanisms are intact and functioning correctly. GE HealthCare will apply warning labels to the potentially affected systems and will provide you with updated instructions on how to correctly relocate your system, so the detector mounting mechanism is not compromised. Manufacturer Action: Instructions and Correction.
