سبب المشكلة
The screw that secures the doors that cover the warmer heaters may not have been torqued to specification. This may lead to the doors becoming loose. If the doors become loose, the system activates a high priority alarm, and the canopy movement will stop.

You may continue to use your devices. Please always pay attention to product alarms and follow the instructions in the product user manual. Download the Service Manual Addendum (5971733) from the GE HealthCare Customer Documentation Portal (refer to the attachment). Follow the instructions in the downloaded service manual addendum. If you identify a damaged heater door please indicate this on the response form in the attachment and GE HealthCare will provide a replacement at no cost to you.
